They say that life begins at 40…. Well,  not for these young achievers.

Every year, the Junior Chamber International (JCI) honors ten outstanding young people below 40.  These men and women are not only exemplary in their chosen fields, they have also inspired those around them with their zeal and passion.

In the Philippines, JCI Manila conducts its own search for The Outstanding Young Men (TOYM).  Winners of this search are then nominated to the Ten Outstanding Young Persons of the World (TOYP).
I am privileged to know two winners of the TOYM and, consequently the TOYP.  These two are selflessly dedicated to their work and passionate about  excellence. I am talking about the Master of all Market Masters Josiah Go and social entrepreneur Illac Diaz.
